What is Turkey Rice?
Turkey Rice (雞肉飯) is one of Taiwan’s popular rice and braised dishes. White rice topped with shredded turkey, drizzled with savory sauce and a little shallot oil. The Chinese name says “chicken rice,” but the classic version from Chiayi is made with turkey. Simple, cheap and full of flavor.
