What is Chicken Leg Bento?
Chicken Leg Bento (雞腿便當) is one of Taiwan’s popular rice and braised dishes, found in Taipei, Taichung, Tainan, Kaohsiung and all over Taiwan. A whole chicken leg, fried or braised, on a box of rice with three or four side dishes such as vegetables, tofu and a braised egg. A classic, great-value Taiwanese lunch box.
