What is Assorted Fried Noodles?
Assorted Fried Noodles (什錦炒麵) is one of Taiwan’s popular noodle and dumpling dishes, found in Taipei, Taichung, Tainan, Kaohsiung and all over Taiwan. Noodles stir-fried with a mix of seafood, pork and vegetables — often shrimp, squid, pork and cabbage. A heartier, more colorful version of plain fried noodles. Usually contains shellfish.
