What is Soup Dumplings?
Soup Dumplings (小籠包) is one of Taiwan’s popular noodle and dumpling dishes. Small steamed dumplings with thin, pleated skin, filled with pork and hot savory broth. Put one on a spoon, bite a small hole to let the soup out, then eat it with shredded ginger and black vinegar. Careful — the soup inside is very hot.
