What is Wonton Noodle Soup?

Wonton Noodle Soup (餛飩麵) is one of Taiwan’s popular noodle and dumpling dishes, found in Taipei, Taichung, Tainan, Kaohsiung and all over Taiwan. Thin noodles and pork wontons in a light broth with green onion and fried shallots, sometimes with a few slices of pork. Silky wontons and springy noodles in one bowl.
