What is Grilled Thai Prawns?
Grilled Thai Prawns (烤泰國蝦) is one of Taiwan’s popular meat and seafood dishes, found in Taipei, Taichung, Tainan, Kaohsiung and all over Taiwan. Large giant river prawns, salted and grilled until the shells turn red and the meat is sweet. At shrimp fishing places you can catch them yourself and grill them on the spot. Contains shellfish.
