What is Grilled Squid?
Grilled Squid (烤魷魚) is one of Taiwan’s popular snacks, found in Taipei, Taichung, Tainan, Kaohsiung and all over Taiwan. A whole squid grilled over charcoal, brushed with sweet soy sauce and chili, then cut into pieces. Chewy, smoky and saucy.
