What is Fried Chicken Cutlet?
Fried Chicken Cutlet (雞排) is one of Taiwan’s popular night market snacks. A huge, flattened chicken breast coated in sweet potato starch and deep-fried until very crispy, then sprinkled with pepper salt. Often bigger than your face, it is one of the most popular night market snacks in Taiwan and is usually eaten while walking.
