What is Grilled Sausage?

Grilled Sausage (烤香腸) is one of Taiwan’s popular snacks, found in Taipei, Taichung, Tainan, Kaohsiung and all over Taiwan. A sweet, juicy Taiwanese pork sausage grilled until slightly charred and eaten with a raw garlic clove. Some stalls let you play a dice game to win extra sausages.
