What is Three Treasures Rice?
Three Treasures Rice (三寶飯) is one of Taiwan’s popular rice and braised dishes, found in Taipei, Taichung, Tainan, Kaohsiung and all over Taiwan. Hong Kong-style roast meats over rice — usually char siu pork, roast duck and crispy roast pork or soy sauce chicken — with a braised egg and greens. Popular and filling.
