What is Egg Pancake?
Egg Pancake (蛋餅) is one of Taiwan’s popular breakfast foods. A thin, soft crepe cooked with egg, then rolled up and cut into pieces. You can add fillings such as cheese, ham, corn, bacon or tuna. Served with soy paste or sweet chili sauce, it is one of the most common breakfasts in Taiwan.
