What is Boiled Dumplings?
Boiled Dumplings (水餃) is one of Taiwan’s popular noodle and dumpling dishes. Dumplings with thin wheat skin and a juicy filling, most often pork with cabbage or chives, boiled and eaten with soy sauce, vinegar and chili. Cheap and filling, they are ordered by the piece — about 10 makes a light meal.
