What is Fish Ball Soup?
Fish Ball Soup (魚丸湯) is one of Taiwan’s popular hot pots and soups, found in Taipei, Taichung, Tainan, Kaohsiung and all over Taiwan. Bouncy fish balls in a clear broth with celery and fried shallots; some are stuffed with pork. A light soup that goes with almost any rice or noodle dish.
