What is Ginger Duck?
Ginger Duck (薑母鴨) is one of Taiwan’s popular hot pots and soups. A hot pot of duck simmered in a broth of old ginger, sesame oil, rice wine and herbs, kept bubbling at your table over a small stove. You can add vegetables, tofu, noodles and more. A popular winter meal to share with friends; the broth contains rice wine.
