What is Pork Ball Soup?
Pork Ball Soup (貢丸湯) is one of Taiwan’s popular hot pots and soups, found in Taipei, Taichung, Tainan, Kaohsiung and all over Taiwan. Very bouncy pork meatballs in a clear broth with celery or green onion. Hsinchu is especially famous for its pork balls. A classic side soup with noodles or rice.
