What is Wonton Soup?
Wonton Soup (餛飩湯) is one of Taiwan’s popular noodle and dumpling dishes, found in Taipei, Taichung, Tainan, Kaohsiung and all over Taiwan. Pork wontons with thin, silky wrappers in a light broth with green onion and fried shallots. Often ordered as a side with dry noodles or rice.
