What is Grilled Fish Cake?
Grilled Fish Cake (烤黑輪) is one of Taiwan’s popular snacks, found in Taipei, Taichung, Tainan, Kaohsiung and all over Taiwan. Thick fish cakes on skewers, grilled and brushed with sweet soy glaze and a little chili, sometimes sprinkled with sesame. A cheap, tasty night market snack.
