What is Yin Yang Hot Pot?
Yin Yang Hot Pot (鴛鴦鍋) is one of Taiwan’s popular hot pots and soups, found in Taipei, Taichung, Tainan, Kaohsiung and all over Taiwan. A hot pot split in two — spicy mala broth on one side and a mild broth on the other — so everyone can choose. Cook meat, seafood, tofu and vegetables at the table.
