What is Fried Rice Vermicelli?
Fried Rice Vermicelli (炒米粉) is one of Taiwan’s popular noodle and dumpling dishes, found in Taipei, Taichung, Tainan, Kaohsiung and all over Taiwan. Thin rice vermicelli stir-fried with pork, cabbage, carrot, mushrooms and dried shrimp. Hsinchu rice noodles are especially famous. Often eaten with a bowl of soup.
