What is Nabeyaki Egg Noodles?
Nabeyaki Egg Noodles (鍋燒意麵) is one of Taiwan’s popular noodle and dumpling dishes, found in Taipei, Taichung, Tainan, Kaohsiung and all over Taiwan. Fried egg noodles cooked in a small pot with broth, shrimp, clams, fish cake, pork, cabbage and an egg. A Taiwanese take on Japanese nabeyaki, served bubbling hot. Contains shellfish.
