What is Taiwanese Popiah?
Taiwanese Popiah (潤餅) is one of Taiwan’s popular snacks, found in Taipei, Taichung, Tainan, Kaohsiung and all over Taiwan. A thin, soft crepe wrapped around cabbage, bean sprouts, carrot, egg, pork and sweet peanut powder. Fresh, crunchy and not fried. Traditionally eaten around Tomb Sweeping Day.
