What is Stone Hot Pot?
Stone Hot Pot (石頭火鍋) is one of Taiwan’s popular hot pots and soups, found in Taipei, Taichung, Tainan, Kaohsiung and all over Taiwan. A Taiwanese-style hot pot that starts by stir-frying onion and meat in sesame oil in a stone pot, then adding broth, vegetables, tofu and seafood. Rich and aromatic.
