What is Fried Rice?

Fried Rice (炒飯) is one of Taiwan’s popular rice and braised dishes, found in Taipei, Taichung, Tainan, Kaohsiung and all over Taiwan. Rice stir-fried with egg, green onion and your choice of pork, shrimp, beef or vegetables. Light and fluffy, with a smoky wok flavor.
