What is Spring Rolls?

Spring Rolls (春捲) is one of Taiwan’s popular snacks, found in Taipei, Taichung, Tainan, Kaohsiung and all over Taiwan. Thin wrappers filled with cabbage, carrot, bean sprouts and pork, rolled up and deep-fried until golden and crispy. Often eaten with sweet chili sauce.
