What is Pan-Fried Dumplings?

Pan-Fried Dumplings (鍋貼) is one of Taiwan’s popular noodle and dumpling dishes. Long, open-ended dumplings filled with pork and vegetables, pan-fried until the bottoms turn golden and crispy while the tops stay soft. Eaten with soy sauce, vinegar and chili, often with a bowl of hot and sour soup or corn soup.
