What is Pork Chop Rice?

Pork Chop Rice (排骨飯) is one of Taiwan’s popular rice and braised dishes, found in Taipei, Taichung, Tainan, Kaohsiung and all over Taiwan. A marinated pork chop fried until golden and crispy, served on rice with side vegetables, pickles and often a braised egg. One of the most common lunch plates in Taiwan.
