What is Shrimp Rolls?

Shrimp Rolls (蝦捲) is one of Taiwan’s popular snacks, found in Taipei, Taichung, Tainan, Kaohsiung and all over Taiwan. Shrimp and pork paste wrapped in a thin skin and deep-fried until crisp, served with wasabi soy sauce or sweet chili sauce. A Tainan specialty. Contains shellfish.
