Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken (鹹酥雞) is one of Taiwan’s popular snacks, found in Taipei, Taichung, Tainan, Kaohsiung and all over Taiwan. Bite-sized marinated chicken fried until crispy with basil, then seasoned with pepper salt and chili. Stalls also fry vegetables, tofu and more — pick your items and they fry them together.
