What is Tainan Beef Soup?
Tainan Beef Soup (牛肉湯) is one of Taiwan’s popular hot pots and soups, found in Taipei, Taichung, Tainan, Kaohsiung and all over Taiwan. Thin slices of raw local beef, cooked instantly by pouring boiling beef broth over them, served with shredded ginger and soy sauce. A famous Tainan breakfast, eaten very early in the morning.
