What is Dongpo Pork?
Dongpo Pork (東坡肉) is one of Taiwan’s popular rice and braised dishes. A thick square of pork belly, tied with string and slow-braised in soy sauce, rice wine and sugar until the fat is soft and the meat falls apart. Named after the Song dynasty poet Su Dongpo.
