Preserved Mustard Pork (梅干扣肉) is one of Taiwan’s popular rice and braised dishes, found in Taipei, Taichung, Tainan, Kaohsiung and all over Taiwan. Slices of pork belly steamed over Hakka-style preserved mustard greens until the fat melts and the greens soak up the juices. A classic Hakka dish that goes perfectly with rice.
