What is Lamb Hot Pot?

Lamb Hot Pot (羊肉爐) is one of Taiwan’s popular hot pots and soups, found in Taipei, Taichung, Tainan, Kaohsiung and all over Taiwan. Mutton simmered in a dark herbal broth with ginger, rice wine and Chinese herbs, kept bubbling over a small stove at your table. Add cabbage, tofu and noodles. A warming winter favorite; the broth contains rice wine.
