What is Herbal Pork Ribs?
Herbal Pork Ribs (藥燉排骨) is one of Taiwan’s popular hot pots and soups, found in Taipei, Taichung, Tainan, Kaohsiung and all over Taiwan. Pork ribs slow-cooked in a dark broth of Chinese herbs such as angelica, goji berries and red dates. Warming and slightly sweet, it is a popular night market soup, especially in cooler months.
